My project titled ‘The Midnight Rot’ is a multi-media exploration of mental health and abuse through a surreal blend of occult imagery and subliminal messages. Told in several parts, the project functions as an Alternate Reality Game designed in non-chronological order and takes inspiration from the works of Edward Gorey and Junji Ito. I hope to expand on the project in the near future.
