As a recent graduate of MA Photography, I used this year to research the aspects of time and space, and what exists behind the visible surface of the visual world. Throughout this course, I have also looked into the history of photography, influential painters, and important theorists to help develop the contextual underpinning of my work.
My degree has allowed me to push myself independently, as well as develop strong self-discipline, organisational skills and solve problems creatively.
Completing both my bachelor’s and master’s degree under lockdown conditions has allowed me to develop good communication skills and prepared me for dealing with complex and unpredictable issues. This year has proven that I can work on multiple tasks at once and ensure deadlines are met with a high standard of quality. I believe the skills that I have developed have prepared me for facing new challenges when entering the creative industry this year.
