Jesse Walker
MA Communication Design
Jesse Walker is a research artist currently investigating gardening and green spaces. Their current project centres around encouraging people to grow their own produce regardless of space, challenging the assumption that a garden or allotment is required to take part.
Working with a combination of gouache illustration and digital painting, the final product featured in the Colchester Garden Festival in the form of tear-off information postcard packs. Jesse has an interest in landscape and botanical illustration, which featured as reoccurring themes throughout their master’s degree.
